Let’s fix your signal.
Start with the steps below. Most missing-channel problems are solved with a rescan.
Before you begin
Check our Facebook page — your issue may already be a known storm or equipment issue we’re actively working on.
How to rescan your TV
- Open your TV’s menu and look for “Settings,” then find Channel Setup, Auto Tune, or Channel Scan. The exact wording depends on your TV brand.
- Confirm the antenna input is selected (sometimes labeled “Air” or “Antenna” rather than “Cable”).
- Start the scan and let it run all the way through — this can take several minutes. Don’t turn off the TV during the scan.
- Check your channels against the full channel lineup once the scan finishes.
Still not working?
Check for storms
Heavy wind or lightning can temporarily affect translator equipment. See our Facebook page for known issues in your area.
Check your antenna
Make sure cables are firmly connected and the antenna hasn’t shifted or been damaged by wind.
